JACKSON PENFIELD-CYR
Owner of Integrity Yoga and founder of Yoga Sparśa Integration Therapy, Jackson Penfield-Cyr knows the way
to resolve chronic pain and to achieve performance excellence is scientific literacy and yoga practice.
His neurobiology-based bodywork is an educational experience in embodiment,
which empowers people to take personal responsibility in their health care.
YOGA SPARŚA INTEGRATION THERAPY
Neurobiology-Based Bodywork
Yoga Sparśa Integration Therapy is a method of bodywork therapy integrating DermoNeuroModulation, Rolfing® Structural Integration, and traditional principles of Yoga.
It is informed by convergent evidence from fields in neuroscience, like pain physiology, polyvagal theory, and clinical neurodynamics, as well as clinical observations in various manual therapies, the psychology of Yoga, and the exhaustive self-experimentation of its founder, Jackson Penfield-Cyr.
The Yoga Sparśa Ten Series is recommended for any and every body willing to invest in an educational experience of embodiment and self-empowerment.
YOGA ASANA
Posture With Integrity
Yoga Asana is a method of posture education and fitness self-discipline. Based upon universal principles of human movement, private sessions work to establish postural integrity—an upright, fluid postural relationship to gravity.
In a holistic sense, posture is less about exerting the correct effort than it is about discovering and releasing the habitual stress obstructing the natural tendency of the body to be supported all on its own.
PLEASE NOTE: This service is offered primarily as an adjunct for those who have committed to or completed the Yoga Sparśa Ten Series with Jackson, and look to progress their practice of Yoga.
