Diana Allen has eighteen years experience in the fields of healing and spiritual counseling. She studied Shamanic healing in Glastonbury, England with Peter Aziz, is a visionary artist, creating individual soul/spirit paintings and has produced 2 CDs of transformational solo piano music. In 1994 she began a seven year mystical journey studying and teaching at many of the world’s sacred sites. “Meeting people of different cultures and discovering our true spiritual oneness (sometimes without a common language) was an incredible experience.”


Art Pouchet, a lifelong dedicated yoga practitioner, studied and graduated as a teacher/trainer with Swami Vishnu-devanada in the Sivananda Ashram in Val Morin, Quebec in 1979. He has had a varied career as a counselor, family therapist, and businessman and holds a diploma in herbal medicine from the Yarrow Alpine School of Herbology. In 1996 he began a two year journey that lead him to travel through the Himalayas in Nepal and Tibet. He had the extreme pleasure and rare opportunity to join Tibetan pilgrims at the Holy Pilgrimage at Mt. Kailas in remote Western Tibet in 1997 and 1998.
